Loft clearances mean carrying decades of boxes down a loft ladder. Garden clearances mean wheeling loads through the house or along a narrow ginnel. Garages are often full to the door before you can even get in. This is normal work for us and we plan for it rather than being surprised by it.
We do not just take the big items and leave the dust. Spaces are swept out so you can actually use them again — which for a lot of people is the entire point of the job.
