Whole-property clearance that leaves a house empty, swept and ready for whatever comes next — a sale, a let, a renovation, or simply a fresh start.
A full house clearance covers everything inside the property and usually the outbuildings and garden too. If you would rather keep certain rooms or items, we simply work around them.
The property is left clear and broom-swept. We take away everything agreed in the quote, dispose of it through licensed routes, and leave the house in a state you could show a buyer or tenant. If you would like a deep clean on top of the clearance, ask us when we quote.
Terraces with no parking, upper-floor flats with no lift, narrow staircases, farm buildings down a track — we are used to it. Access affects how long a job takes, so it is one of the things we look at when quoting rather than something we discover on the day.
