Penrith is an old red-sandstone market town on the edge of the Eden Valley, and it has been a trading centre for centuries — its market charter dates back to the thirteenth century. The ruins of Penrith Castle, built in the late fourteenth century as a defence against Scottish raids, sit close to the railway station.
The town grew again with the arrival of the West Coast Main Line, and later the M6, which made it a natural gateway between the Lake District and the Eden Valley. Its centre is still recognisably a market town of sandstone buildings, yards and narrow lanes.

No. We clear hoarded and heavily cluttered properties as our specialism, and nothing we find is commented on or discussed outside the job. We can also arrive discreetly if you would prefer neighbours not to know.

We reuse, donate and recycle wherever possible and dispose of the remainder through licensed facilities. We hold a Waste Carrier Licence and can provide waste transfer documentation on request.
